Criteria 

 

 You must meet all of the following conditions 


Aspirants must hold a valid passport demonstrating nation of a country entering ODA backing from the OECD. A full list of countries can be plant on the OECD website 

 Be classified by the University of Kent as an overseas pupil for education figure purposes 

 Be completely tone- funding your studies 

 To have applied for the tutored Kent LLM at the Canterbury Lot of the University of Kent for entry in September 2022 or in January 2023 

To have forcefully accepted an offer of a place on the tutored LLM by the education operation deadline 

 Submit a education operation ( details below) by the education operation deadline (please note that we're unfit to consider aspirants for the award without an operation)

 You must meet the academic conditions of entry/ be accepted for entry for the award to be given 

 This award can not be held in confluence with other awards and literacy offered by Kent Law School, or the Division for the Study of Law, Society, and Social Justice (the award which provides the lesser financial value overall will be given only). Please communicate us for farther information. 

 Graduates of the University of Kent are eligible for the award if the match the stated conditions 

Where scholars are needed to continue their studies beyond their original period of enrollment, the award will only be handed for that original period of enrollment 

 Farther details 

 

 The Law School has established a major fund to support overseas scholars who study a tutored LLM at the University’s Canterbury lot. Overseas scholars from any country which receives Official Development Assistance (ODA) from the OECD who shoulder a full- time, tutored LLM at the Canterbury Lot of the University of Kent. The list of countries is expansive, and amongst the countries included are Thailand, India, Nigeria, Kenya, Brazil, China, Turkey and numerous further. 


 This award handed a paycheck of£ to entrants who meet the eligibility conditions stated above. The education will be given in a single investiture in the alternate term of the programme.
