UNIVERSITY OF TWENTE SCHOLARSHIP (UTS) 2024

The University Twente Scholarship (UTS) is an education for excellent scholars from both EU/ EEA and non-EU/ EEA countries, applying for a graduate programme (MSc) at the University of Twente. The scholars admit between €25000 and €30,000 for one time. 


 

The University Twente Scholarship (UTS) is an education for excellent scholars from both EU/ EEA and non-EU/ EEA countries, applying for a Master’s programme at the University of Twente. 

 

Come one of the most promising UT scholars. 

 Exclusive occasion to participate in an input for one of the three honours programmes Exploration honours, Design honours, or Change leaders. 

 Education VALUE 

 

€ 25,000–€ 45,000 for one time ( roughly 50 literacy available). Still, ensure you read the information about two-time study programmes below, If you have applied for a two-time programme. 

 Have a look at the overview of the estimated costs of living when studying at the University of Twente ( banning education freights). 

 Please note This education is meant as compensation for study-related costs. It's over to the education pupil to decide how to spend the plutocrats. No costs (e.g. education freights) will be paid on your behalf. 

 

 TWO-YEAR STUDY PROGRAMME 

 

 In the case of a two-time study programme, scholars can admit a fresh UTS of a quantum equal to that of the first time to cover the charges of the alternate time. Still, the education will only be continued during the alternate time when scholars meet the process conditions for the UTS. 

 

 You must have attained 

 

 An average grade of 7 (out of 10) at the end of the third quartile of the first time 

 At least 50 European Credits at the end of the third quartile of the first time 

 Fresh Education 

 

 A fresh education can be awarded to UTS donors ( only for programmes starting in September 2024) 

 

 Kipaji Scholarship 

 You need to apply for a University of Twente Scholarship (UTS) to be eligible for a Kipaji Scholarship. 

 

 This education has fresh conditions. Please make sure you check the information on the Kipaji Scholarship programme.

 Operation Conditions 

 

 To be eligible for the University of Twente Scholarship, you should meet all the conditions below 

Operation for a UT education is a procedure separate from the operation for course entry at the University of Twente. Anyhow of backing, you'll need to gain an admission letter first. 

 You have been (provisionally) admitted to one of the qualifying UT Master programmes starting in the academic time 2024/2025 (September). Please note After the completion of your operation, it may take up to 8 weeks before you admit the results. 

 You must have a student number. 

 You haven't graduated from a UT (under) graduate programme; 

 You misbehave with the conditions for carrying an entry visa in the Netherlands (if applicable); 

 You misbehave with the general English language test demand Academic IELTS 6.5 (or TOEFL iBT of 90) and a fresh6.0 (TOEFL iBT 20) on the subscore of speaking chops 

 You aren't eligible for a Dutch study loan; 

 The University Twente Scholarship is an education for excellent scholars. Generally, this means that you belong to the stylish 5 to 10 per cent of your class 

 The UTS isn't available for Dutch and/ or current UT scholars. 

 

 The UTS isn't available for Master’s programmes at the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC). 

 

 The UTS isn't available for the pre-master programme. UTSpre-Master scholars can also not apply for the UTS when they wish to continue with a Master's programme.

Operation deadline – round 1 

 

Operation form opens on 15 October 2021,09.00 CET 

Operation forms close on 1 February 2024,16.00 CET (for programmes starting September 2024) 

Operation deadline – round 2 

 

Operation form opens on 1 February 2024,16.00 CET 

Operation form closes on 31 May 2024,16.00 CET (for programmes starting September 2024) 

Still, and your operation was rejected, an operation in round 2 isn't considered If you applied in round 1. You can only be awarded with one UT education. 

 

 HOW TO APPLY 

 

 Launch YOUR Operation 

You have to apply for a Master’s programme first. Once you applied for a Master’s programme and entered a ( tentative) admission letter, you can apply for the education with your pupil number. UTS isn't available for Dutch and/ or current UT scholars. The UTS isn't available for Master’s programmes at the Faculty of Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation (ITC). The UTS isn't available for the pre-master programme.
