Allan and Nesta Ferguson CharitableTrust masters literacy, University of Sheffield, UK, 2024-25

 

Operation Deadline May 6, 2024 

The University of Sheffield has a strong commitment to transnational development. One of the themes of our strategy is‘ celebratingpromoting and adding the volume of the work that we doto ameliorate the lives of others through our transnational connections, locally and abroad’. 


Structure on this commitment the University, in collaboration with the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust and the Sheffield Institute for International Development, is now suitable to offer literacy per time targeted at transnational scholars by developingcountries for several courses that are combined with the Sheffield Institute for International Development. 
2024 Literacy 

There are three literacies available to academically strong individuals from developing countries. Each education the following

Eligibility criteria 


You must hold an offer by 6 May 2024 for one of the following courses to study at the University of Sheffield in the2022/23 academic time 
International Development MA 
Environmental Change and International Development MSc 
International Development (Masters in Public Health) MPH 
International Law and Global Justice LLM 
International Political Economy MA 
Global Journalism MA 
International Public and Political Communication MA 
Intercultural Communication MA 
You must be classified as overseas for education figure purposes
You must be tone-funded to admit this award, i.e. not funded by an exploration council,governmentprivate enterprisecharity or any analogous organization. 
This education can not be awarded in confluence with any other backing awards, either from the University of Sheffield or external sources
Your mode of attendance must be full-time
You must begin your studies at the University of Sheffield in 2024. This education can not be remitted
Damage to the education is subject to successfully meeting any condition (s) attached to your offer before the deadline handed by the Admissions Service
Damage to the education is subject to successfully obtaining a visa to study at the University in September 2024. 
You must be a public of, or permanently housed, in one of the following countries or homes

How to apply 


You'll be automatically considered for the education if you admit an offer to study one of the eligible courses and you're a public of, or permanently housed in, one of the eligible countries or homes

Your course operation will be assessed by a panel that will decide whether you'll progress to the final stage of the operation process. However, if you haven’t heard from us by this date unfortunately you haven't been named this time, If you're named for the coming stage we will communicate with you before 14 May 2024 to invite you to apply

Please use our postgraduate online operation system to submit your operation for an eligible course

Selection process 

If you're named for the final stage of the operation process we will communicate with you before 14th May 2022. At this point, we may ask you to submit a short particular statement or operation form to support your operationFarther details of the selection process will be handed in at this point
