2024-2025 Université Paris-Saclay International Master’s Fully Funded Literacy IDEX Academic Year

The primary objective of Université Paris-Saclay is to facilitate the enrollment of international students in its Master's programs, which are offered by its faculties, component institutions, and associated universities. The university also strives to simplify the process for highly-qualified international students to join, particularly those who aspire to pursue research and academic projects up to the doctoral level.

For the academic year 2024-2025, scholarships will be granted. These scholarships have been established through the IDEX funding of the 3rd Programme Investissements d'Avenir and are specifically intended for students who have been admitted to a Master's program at Université Paris-Saclay and are being provided by one of the following institutions: AgroParisTech, CentraleSupelec, Ecole Normale Supérieure Paris-Saclay (ENS Paris-Saclay), INSTN-CEA, Institut d'Optique Graduate School (IOGS), Université d'Evry-Val-d'Essonne (UEVE), Université Paris-Saclay (UPSaclay), Université de Versailles-Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines (UVSQ).

These scholarships are granted for a duration of 1 or 2 years, depending on the level of admission (M1 or M2), to students who are enrolled in a Master's program at Université Paris-Saclay. However, the continuation of the scholarship is contingent upon the successful completion of the required number of credits to progress to the subsequent year of study.

Training awards scholarships for master’s programmes in Flanders, Belgium

Scholarships for master's programs in Flanders, Belgium, are awarded by training

Excellent students from all over the world are given scholarships by the Flemish Ministry of Education and Training for master's programs in Flanders and Brussels. A Master Mind Scholarship entitles the recipient to a gift of €10,000 plus the waiver of tuition for one academic year (60 ECTS). Holders of the Master Mind Scholarship just have to pay an enrollment fee.

The stipend, which is given in installments, pays for a sizable portion of their living expenditures as well as the cost of their insurance and housing. The first step in applying to a Flemish host institution that takes part in the Master Mind Scholarship Program is for you to indicate your interest.

INFO

For a master's program with 60 ECTS, the mobility period is one academic year; for a program with 120 ECTS, it is two academic years.
A maximum scholarship of €10,000 is given to the new student each academic year, as per the information provided in the section Payment of the scholarship.

The last €1,500 will not be given to a student who finishes a one-year Master's program but does not receive the Master's degree in July or September of 2025, the conclusion of the academic year.
For a two-year Master's program, completion of the first academic year in 2025 (July or September) requires at least 54 ECTS to be eligible for the final payment of  €1.500 of the first as well as having the right to the scholarship for the following academic year. Further details are available under the scholarship payment section.

Only in consultation with the Department of Education and Training and the hosting institution may VLUHR make exceptions to this norm.
The applicant may be asked to pay a tuition price equal to the lowest annual tuition rate for students who receive a study grant from the Flemish government, at the request of the host school. The price is €131,50 for the 2024–2025 school year. From year to year, this rate might go up a little.

If a student's scholarship is lost, that student will need to cover the entire cost of tuition to continue with the program.
Several scholarships are only available to students from the following nations: the USA (5), Japan (3), Mexico (3), and Palestine (2). The Flemish government considers these nations to be priorities.
The candidate who receives the highest ranking from the Flemish selection committee is the recipient of the scholarship if it is not claimed.
This award cannot be combined with an Erasmus Mundus scholarship or another government scholarship from Flanders.

All students are required to turn in an essay and complete a brief questionnaire regarding their mobility after completing it.
Each Flemish higher education institution may get up to 20 applications.
