The SEPT MBA in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development is a program devoted to conveying theoretical knowledge, operation- acquainted findings and practice-applicable experience with regard to the operation, creation and development of SMEs. 

 

SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED ENTERPRISES (SMES) 

 

 In nearly every country in the world, the largest part of profit and employment is generated by small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Paradoxically, the attention of utmost business authors and university programs has been generally directed to the big pots, their special issues and perceptivity. 

 

At SEPT, we're convinced that the future of our husbandry relies on SMEs. For this reason, we've developed a program devoted to conveying theoretical knowledge, operation- acquainted findings and practice-applicable experience with regard to the operation, creation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). 

Special issues addressed are the identification of invention possibilities inside SMEs, their growth capabilities as well as new generalities for promoting them and generating positive multiplier goods on their business surroundings. 

 

 STUDY PROGRAM 

 

The two- time study program focuses generally on profitable issues containing different generalities, approaches and aspects, ranging from supporting small businesses managing with survival to promoting innovative, dynamic enterprises. 

One particular issue is the identification of growth eventuality and generalitiesre-evaluating profitable and artificial policy. Nonetheless, political and socio-profitable considerations, similar as securing employment and income for the poor, are part of our program. 

 

This approach facilitates good training for forthcoming professionals and members of institutions who formerly hold a degree and have some practical experience in working in/ with small and medium-sized enterprises. 

Also, the course enables actors to work as multipliers in decision- making positions, give support to small and medium-sized businesses as well as to promote innovative entrepreneurs. The whole program is tutored in English. 

 

The program was conceived in an transnational atmosphere, as utmost of the scholars ( further than 90) come from outside Germany. SEPT awards credit points under the ECTS system ( 120 for the entire course ). 

Also, SEPT will give varied connections to German and European institutions and experts of small enterprise creation, and a special support for the networks and information exchange between SEPT graduates, alumni, institutions promoting small enterprises and socio-profitable development, transnational chambers of commerce, exploration institutions, and other development systems. 

 

 Presently, we're expanding to other countries in order to meet the original demand for SME development, offering a high quality MBA on this subject. This way, further people are serving from our courses. 

 

 Operation 

 

 The SEPT MBA in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise Development is an transnational program where people from all ethnicities are welcome. 

 

 ADMISSION 

 

 The ideal seeker for the SEPT MBA Program should be well good academically and have some business experience. The total number of full- time scholars accepted each time is 25. Of this number roughly 90 will be transnational, i.e. from outside of Germany. 

 

 ADMISSION Conditions 

 

 A 4- time undergraduate degree or its original from a estimable university 

 Attestation of English proficiency * 

 Minimal two times of applicable career experience after scale from Bachelor degree 

 Excellent computer chops, at least in the use of software for word processing (e.g. MS- Word), spreadsheets (e.g. MS-Excel) and statistical analysis programs (e.g. SPSS, STATA) 

 

 Introductory knowledge of economics and/ or profitable issues 

 Special conditions 

 

 Scholars from India with a 3 time Bachelor degree are eligible to apply if they fulfill the following demand Minimal grade First division/ class 60 and over or A = Veritably Good and below or a GPA from3.00 onwards 

 Chinese and Vietnamese aspirants are needed to submit an APS-Certificate 

 * ENGLISH PROFICIENCY Needed TO APPLY 

 

 TOEFL ibt minimal score of 78 or IELTS academic at least 6.0 overall band or English proficiency letter if medium of instruction in undergraduate program was English. TOEFL ITP, TOEFL TOEIC and IELTS General Training aren't accepted. 

 

Note if aspirant requests the TOEFL score report to be transferred to SEPT directly by the Educational Testing Service, should indicate the law number 6976 when taking the test. 

 

 Literacy  

SEPT and DAAD have a keen interest in attracting a pupil body composed of talented individualities from each around the globe. Fiscal aid can be offered in the form of many DAAD literacy for the stylish aspirants. 

Please communicate us for further information, taking into account that other dead- lines and conditions might apply when contending for literacy.E.g. operations for DAAD-Scholarship must be submitted until October 1st for beginning education on October 1st of the ensuing time. 

 

 Please Notice Nigerian and Cameroonian Aspirants must submit their operations directly to the German Embassy in the separate countries. All other countries can apply directly through the SEPT Program. 

 

 Development- Related Postgraduate Courses (EPOS) 

 

 The EPOS programme offers individual literacy to actors from developing countries so that they may study development- related postgraduate courses at named universities in Germany. 

 

 Background 

 

 Largely good original specialists who are connected with transnational mates play an important part in the development of their countries. They're vital for a better future with lower poverty, further education, and better health for all.
