Exploration content
The Centre for Research in Assessment and Higher Education’s ( CRADLE) exploration program seeks to establish what works to ameliorate literacy in advanced and professional education. This includes exploration in areas including, but not limited to, academic security and academic integrity; assessment design ( including tone/ peer, authentic and programmatic); feedback and feedback knowledge; developing evaluative judgement; assessment in a digital world; digital individualities; addition and belonging in a digital world; literacy in and for the plant; representation in and beyond assessment; and quality and norms. Throughout these programs, we usecross-cutting approaches, including innovative methodological and theoretical approaches and knowledge transition. We unite with Deakin faculties and divisions, and also work with a range of assiduity mates and transnational collaborators.
The Centre links with other enterprise in the Faculty of the Trades and Education and will make crucial factors of a doctoral program in its specialist area. CRADLE has an transnational network of exploration scholars working on assessment and literacy with the points of furnishing collective support and commerce and seeking to foster common supervision internationally. It collaborates with Faculties in integrating doctoral scholars in programs in connate areas of the University.
Scholars will be grounded at CRADLE’s Melbourne CBD position Deakin Downtown.

Base paycheck of 500$ per annum duty pure (2022 rate)
Top-up paycheck of 500$ per annum
Relocation allowance of $500-1500 (for single to family) for scholars moving from interstate
Transnational scholars only Tuition freights neutralize for the duration of 4 times. Single Overseas Student Health Cover policy for the duration of the pupil visa.
Eligibility criteria
To be eligible you must
be either a domestic or transnational seeker. Domestic includes campaigners with Australian Citizenship, Australian Endless Occupancy or New Zealand Citizenship.
meet Deakin’s PhD entry conditions
be enrolling full- time and hold an honours degree ( first class) or an original standard master’s degree with a substantial exploration element.
