5. Yukimaru

Well he might not be a ninja but he had the ability to control the sanbi (3 tails) Eventough he wasn't the jinchuriki of it . 

4. Haku 

Haku possesses a Kekki genkai called ice release which is very unique .

3. Hidan 

Hidan is a member of the akatsuki . He lived his entire life serving lord jashin , in order words he worshipped jashin and carried out sever sacrifice by killing people to gain enternal life.

His jutsu is so unique . His able to link  his target body to his  when he licks there blood. This how his jutsu work, he draws his ritual circle on the surface and then steps on it ,after he transforms to his ritual mode and use his rod  to stab his target and lick its target blood . By doing so he links Both bodies together . Anything that happens to his body affects his target .

A member of the akatsuki . His from the village of waterfall. Hidan abilities haven't been seen before . His able to change his body form to a thread like form having 5 hearts and 5 nature abilities. To defeat a guy with thise abilities , you have to take down each hearts.

A fine shinobi who worked for orochimaru . She's suppose to the orochimaru next vessel but things didn't go as planned . She possessed a unique Kekki genkai which is the crystal release.
