10.  Zabuza

A shinobi from the hidden mist. His a member of the 7 swordsman of the mist. He is known for his silent killing . His specialized in water style jutsu.

9. Hanzo 

The leader of the hidden rain known as Amagakure. He sort war in different villages . His one of the major cause why the akatsuki was created. 

8. Toneri

A member of the otsutsuki clan who sort to use the power of the teisegan to destroy the earth .

7. Kisame 

A member of the akatsuki who is from the hidden mist village. His also a member of the 7 swordsman of the mist. His pretty strong and difficult to defeat . He was given the title " The tallest tailed beast". 

6. Obito 

 Popularly known as Tobi . He sort peace in the world by using the tailed beast. His view of peace wasn't in the right part. The measures he took to attain peace was in the wrong way. He destroyed many villages and started the 4th great ninja war just to achieve his dream of project tsuksuyomi.

5. Nagato (pain) 

He possesses the rinnegan and with it he caused destruction to many shinobi and their village. He also sort peace , but the measures he took was unacceptable. He took total control of the hidden rain village and destroyed konoha completely.

4. Orochimaru 

 He is a member of the legendary sanin of the leaf. He likes experimenting on things on how to improve his jutsu and extending his life span . He attacked the leaf few years after he left the village and killed the 3rd hokage . He also sort the power of the tailed beast and also responsible of certain death and destruction.

3. Kabuto 

He was an assistant not lord orochimaru but later took his cells after orochimaru died . He slowly become stronger than orochimaru and he perfected the reanimation jutsu and used it to start the 4th great ninja war along side with obito . 

2. Madara 

He is the former leader of the uchiha clan. Many thought he was dead but he lived in the shadow plotting on how he would rule the world.

He was reanimated during the 4th great ninja war . He single handedly took down an entire division of the shinobi alliance force as well as defeating all five kage. his full plan was becoming the host of the  ten tails , absorbing the divine tree, becoming a god and casting out infinite tsuksuyomi to the entire world. 

1. Kaguya 

 Also known as the mother of all chakra, she was in control of earth in her time sucking people life force and feeding it to the divine tree. She was later stopped by her sons but she was later revived during the 4th great ninja war thanks to her third son "black zetsu". She planned on finishing what she started but her plan wasn't fulfilled.
