In the naruto series we have seen a lot of ninjas/shinobi Who are strong and fit to be a kage but they aren't . 

So today's blog is going to be a list of the top 10 kage level shinobi

This list contains the top 10 strongest kage level ninjas , so let's start the countdown. 

10. Fugaku uchiha 

He is the father of both Sasuke and itachi . He was the head of the police task force of the leaf when the uchiha clan was still around , it is said that he possesses the mangekyou sharingan.

9. Kisame 

A fine shinobi who left his village hidden in the mist Tanx later joined the akatsuki. He was named the tallest tailed beast due to his powers. Not even leaf jounin was able to take his down or a jinchuriki present in his time .

8. Might guy

Might guy is a very strong taijutsu user and the fact that uchiha madara confessed that Might guy is the strongest ninja he had even fought proves how strong might guy is.

7. Orochimaru 

He is a member  of the leaf 3 legendary sanin. That already qualifies him to become a kage. Again he was the one who killed both the 3rd kazakage and hokage.

6. Obito

Obito, a member of the uchiha clan who possesses the mangekyou sharingan and the rinnegan  is a god himself  making him worthy of being a kage .

5. itachi 

Being an uchiha, he possesses good and recommablw abilities such as his shuriken jutsu and ninjutsu . Itachi is able to take down jinchurikis on his own and his visual powers of his mangekyou sharinganeven makes him stronger,he was able to defeat orochimaru with his susanoo , defeat kabuto with his izanami, defeat yagura (3 tails jinchuriki) with his Amaterasu . With all these abilities , itachi is at kage level.

   4. Jiraiya 

    Jiraiya who is one of the legendary sanin of konoha and a master of sage jutsu . Being a sage alone makes him a kage level ninja .Even after the death of  the 3rd hokage the foundation elders as well as the feudal lord wanted jiraiya the become the next kage. 

   3. Nagato 

Nagato belongs to the uzumaki clan who was trained under jiraiya. He possesses the reningan which makes him a god shinobi 

2. Sasuke 

Sasuke is a member of the uchiha clan and a former member of team Taka . He possesses the enternal mangekyou sharingan and a six tomoe reningan . Sasuke is a god level shinobi and his more than qualified to be a kage.

1. Madara 

Madara is a unique shinobi with excellent skills he possesses the enternal mangekyou sharingan and reningan. He also has hashirama cells in him.
