Education information
Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation( MHESI), Thailand, in cooperation with Thai universities invites citizens of Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, and Vietnam to apply for Thailand literacy( Year 2023). Up to 68 education programmes will be offered to good campaigners from the four forenamed countries to pursue master’s degrees or doctoral degrees at Thai advanced education institutions.
Item Details
Eligibility aspirants are to meet the following criteria
Be citizens of Cambodia/ Laos/ Myanmar/ Vietnam
Obtain academic qualifications as indicated in the details of study programmes
Have a good English proficiency
Be of good health physically and mentally
Universities and fields of study aspirants shall elect one of programmes offered by 12 Thai universities as follows
Burapha University 2 programmes
Chiang Mai University 2 programmes
Kasetsart University 13 programmes
Mae Fah Luang University 2 programmes
Mahidol University 5 programme
Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University 2 programmes
Naresuan University 23 programmes
Prince of Songkla University 7 programmes
Suranaree University of Technology 2 programmes
Thammasat University 5 programmes
Walailak University 2 programmes

Needed Documents For all aspirants
A completed operation form with snap taken within 6 months
A certified dupe of paraphrase of records of your former degree( s)
2 letters of recommendation written by faculty members of the home university
Birth instrument or public identification card or certified dupe of passport caching date of birth with English restatement
Statement of purpose
exploration offer or conception paper
For those studying in the final semester
A instrument of pupil status with an anticipated date of scale

How to apply
Aspirants can gain the operation form from the Thai universities as indicated in
the details of study programme.
Aspirants can apply for only one programme and one university. The selection will be made by a commission of the chosen university. Please see the attachment for essential details about the study programmes and completely study terms and conditions of the universities which you're interested before you apply.
Aspirants may be canvassed by a commission of the chosen university.
The named aspirants must submit a result of physical and internal check- up to the universities previous to commencing study.
Aspirants applying for doctoral degrees are advised to check with the university if you're needed to have an counsel to supervise your discussion before you do the operation.
Operation submission 1. aspirants are requested to directly submit the operation form to the universities via online,e-mail or post as stated in the study programmes.
Please check with the university if the details of operation submission isn't notified in the study programmes. operation deadline operation form and all needed documents( both the original and electronic clones) must be entered at the Thai universities no latterly than Friday 31 March 2023. Late submission of operations or deficient operation form and documents won't be considered.
